Use the PlayStation-compatible DD+
ClubSport DD+ and the DD Extreme bundle are PlayStation-compatible; the standard ClubSport DD is PC-only. GT7 added Fanatec FullForce support in the Spec III update, so older DD+ presets written before that update are incomplete.
Polyphony tunes FullForce effects per car. Keep the tested GT7 version visible and retest after physics or FullForce revisions.

Conservative community starting point
Start with SEN Auto, FFB 60–100, FUL 30, NDP 15–20, NFR and NIN 0–2, INT 2–3, FEI 50–100, and FOR, SPR, and DPR at 100. In GT7 begin with Max Torque 4–5 and Sensitivity 1.
These ranges synthesize current community experience; they are not an official Fanatec numeric preset. Begin at the lower end on a 15 Nm-class base and increase only after several controlled laps.

Tune FullForce separately
FullForce adds high-frequency effects that can communicate engine, tyre, and surface behaviour. More is not automatically better. Excess vibration can mask steering load and tyre information, so begin around FUL 30 and raise it gradually.
If the wheel feels constantly busy, lower FUL before increasing damping. If steering load is good but fine effects are harsh, lower FEI or add a small amount of interpolation.

Protect detail and your hands
Keep GT7 gain low enough that high-load corners retain variation. Use Fanatec's torque safety features, begin with a comfortable output, and keep hands clear during crashes. A lighter setting with dynamic detail is more informative than a heavy clipped setting.
Save separate presets by rim and car type. A large round rim and a light formula rim can feel substantially different on the same base.
