Pit strategy planner

Turn fuel range, tyre limits, pit loss, and race length into an explainable stint plan. Compare the baseline against a live extra-lap and higher-consumption stress test.

Every input remains visible so the plan is explainable and repeatable.

What this planner can decide

The planner finds a feasible minimum stop count and maximum-length opening stints under your fuel capacity, finish reserve, and tyre-stint limit. Estimated time adds the entered pit and tyre service loss. It does not invent tyre degradation, traffic, safety-car savings, refuelling flow, or mandatory-stop rules.

Timed races need a finish rule

Race length is predicted from average lap time. Enable the extra-lap switch only when the event can start another lap as time expires. In multiclass racing, the leader's pace may determine total race laps, so test both scenarios.
